Ron Martinez
A U.S. Army veteran and entrepreneur, Ron has built his career at the intersection of operations, investment, and advisory. He founded and successfully exited a payment processing business in the Pacific Northwest, later serving as a management consultant and advisor to small and middle-market companies across multiple industries.
With over a decade of hands-on operating experience, Ron has led organizational design, sales and marketing operations, and business process improvements. He has also acquired and operated a small business himself, giving him a unique perspective on both sides of the ownership transition. Ron brings this combination of entrepreneurial grit, operational discipline, and investment expertise to every partnership he builds.
