His personal experience acquiring and operating a business informs the firm's hands-on, operator-first approach to private equity. Ron oversees the firm's investment strategy, capital relationships, and overall direction.
David Hargrove leads the firm's private equity investment activity, overseeing deal sourcing, diligence, and execution across the LMM and Micro PE platforms. He brings extensive experience in middle-market transactions, portfolio management, and capital markets.
