SYRACUSE, NY, February 17, 2023, Berkman Woods, a private equity firm focused on the lower middle market, today announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire ProValidus Health ("ProValidus" or "the Company"), a healthcare staffing provider based in Syracuse, New York. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
ProValidus Health provides clinical and allied health staffing solutions to hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, and outpatient care providers across Central New York. The Company places registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, certified nursing assistants, and allied health professionals in both temporary and permanent roles, serving as a trusted staffing partner to healthcare organizations navigating persistent workforce shortages.
