DALLAS, TX, July 20, 2023, Berkman Woods, a private equity firm focused on the lower middle market, today announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Stonegate Facility Services ("Clearview" or "the Company"), a commercial facilities services provider based in Dallas, Texas. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in Dallas, Stonegate Facility Services provides comprehensive commercial cleaning, janitorial, and facilities maintenance services to corporate, institutional, and property management clients across the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area. The Company has built a strong reputation for service reliability, workforce quality, and long-term client retention.
